I'd be fine with that. In Cocoda and cocoda-sdk, we are using `_registry` for individual items to indicate their registry. Not sure if it makes sense to align to that...

Also if you open that link, it will show an error since `www.bartoc.org` is not part of the SSL certificate. It should be added and forwarded to `bartoc.org` (without www).

My interpretation of this issue was that if a new vocabulary is added to BARTOC, and there is existing information available via an existing URI, that info could be loaded...
