Please Help fix SCXcodeMinimap on Xcode10

Hi there, I would love to but Apple replaced the whole source editor as of Xcode 9 and nothing fits anymore. I simply don't have the time to start from scratch and figure it all out again.

Here's to hoping the new plugin system will at some point allow us to implement plugins like the minimap.
