undefined/undefined entry in the PR list

Expected Behavior

All PR entries to have a valid owner and repo.

What actually happened?

Upon installing and opening the extension window, I noticed an entry with undefined owner and repo slug. Clicking on it leads to 404 page.

Anything else we should know?

Using Arc browser 1.58.0 (53136)
