Add setting for handling media in deleted posts

There should be a setting for handling media attached to deleted posts, separate from the settings that determine how the deleted post itself should be handled.

Options might include:

  • keep media file
  • use a placeholder (current behavior for broken images, see https://github.com/stefanbohacek/fediverse-embeds-wordpress-plugin/commit/c5b03b5720d4e1757b622caad1d0831050c98128)
  • remove media file
