desmume-libretro-9999: compilation failure

It now requires libpcap to be installed. However even with it installed it fails:

/usr/include/pcap/pcap.h:531:12: fatal error: remote-ext.h: No such file or directory
   #include <remote-ext.h>
            ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I'm not sure where to get this file.
