Not working for "react-native-windows": "^0.64.0-0"

When i installed ^2.1.7 there is no option for manual setup

I got below error Severity Code Description Project File Line Suppression State Error CS0246 The type or namespace name 'ReactNative' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)
