Dart support

It would be nice to have native dart support!

This could be pushed to pub.dev so it can easily be found & installed

Using ffi & ffigen to generate the dart code based on the c libraries is possible

agreed. it would be nice. current capacities however are very limited, so don't expect anything soon.
