Fix searchRGPath to fix warning 'vscode-shader couldn't find vscode-ripgrep binary path'

Hello,

This fixes #56. I just added fallbacks for if we didn't find it in the old paths. (minor: I can swap old and new if you prefer)

Not sure if package-lock.json needs to be submitted, afaik it was auto updated by npm.
