Diffing Files set for Integrate

I can't appear to do a diff on any files that are set for Integrate (a purple I in the source control view).

• When I click on these files in the Source Control view, nothing shows up in the editor.
• Also, if I right click on them and select Open Changes, nothing happens.

I opened the Perforce Log on the output pane, and there is no indication that anything happens when attempting either of the above actions.
