Feature Request: Add a command to hook jobs to a changelist

As a developer with issue tracker supported, I would like to add jobs to a changelist through vscode command.

This is an awesome plugin. We all hate Perforce client. That's so buggy. Please add this feature at next release.

There are so many "jobs" term in perforce. I mean the one at viewing changelist GUI, like: screen shot 2018-02-09 at 10 21 26 am

For us, having a linked job is a requirement to submit changelists. Therefore, we cannot submit from this plugin as it doesn't support jobs
