When I change the acquisition method to "Use the performance counter", then TrafficMonitor simply shows 0%, no matter how hard the CPU is working . . . . .

TrafficMonitor retrieves the hardware data by using the library of LibreHardwareMonitor. I now checked the CPU usage by using LibreHardwareMonitor directly . . . and there's the issue! LibreHardwareMonitor shows...

Same here . . . CPU usage (taskmanager) is about 3-4 times higher than indicated in TrafficMonitor. This issue started only after installing 22H2.

When choosing the "performance counter" method to get the CPU usage, TrafficMonitor simply shows 0%. Again, this is since 22H2 only and there are quite some changes in the Windows...
