Going past 25 game limit?

Is it as simple as me changing a float and compiling a personal Apk? Or are there crashes with more than 25 games?

The limit should be 32. It isn't possible to go past that since the limit is imposed by Steam. If you try to idle any more at the same time, Steam will just ignore it AFAIK.
