Feature Request: Connections cap

When i watch a popular torrent my router slows down because of the huge amount of connections so if i'm streaming i can't do anything else on my internet despite having 100mb fiber so i would love if there where a setting for the max number of connections.

I love the pulsar addon but i have the same problem as GabbeV with my fritzbox router, CPU usage 99% and website's are loading very slow.

btw can i donate somewhere?
