Block Reward

Can any one please let me know about the block reward architecture of Steem , i know the bock rewards are distributed as 75% & 25% but how much is the per block reward ?? how can we know that if i have posted an article on steemit how much will i get paid ? i mean i need to know that how the rewards are being calculated ? per block ? ?
