OperationalError Intermittent during CircleCI builds.

These appear to be intermittent. My initial thought was that they were a curiosity of the build environment, but am now thinking they are uncovering some corner cases as we are running a higher volume of builds with the multiple versions. These do not seem contained to a single version. Going to investigate further.
