Make recommendation on authority structure of control account
This was formerly a TODO item, I'm migrating it to a ticket.
A control account is an extremely valuable account. It should use best-practice high-security features such as:
- Cold wallet
- Offline transaction signing
- Multisig
We need to document these security features somewhere (outside this repo). We should add a link to that documentation to this repo. And also test that accounts using our recommended authority structure are functional in officially supported UI's (cli_wallet, steemit.com, SteemConnect, mobile wallet).
In particular, we should recommend the authority for a token control account to be a multisig of accounts belonging to members of the token sponsor's organization.
Where is the line between white paper and user guide?
I see them being the same document.
Pro being - people get a full download.
