Community - Give users who have already been approved a way to manually trigger a new email with the approval link

There are many users who have gone through the application process and had their phone/email verified, and their account approved, but when the approval email was sent - it went to spam and they did not see it. Even with the changes in https://github.com/steemit/faucet/issues/259 and https://github.com/steemit/faucet/issues/295 - users who are not expecting the email may not notice it before it gets deleted from their spam folder again. If there was a way for a user who was already approved to trigger the resend of the approval email, it would give them a way to get themselves "unstuck".
