can't resume signup if window is closed

I must have closed the window and cannot return to it. I tried to sign up again but it tells me "my number has already been used"

What do I do?

I’m having the same issue, but I never got to any window where it could have been entered. Of course when I try to log in it says the user name is not found When I try to start over it says my phone number is in the process of being verified So of course it is in the process of being verified, because even though I got a code on my phone there is no place to put it. I never got past the window where it said that I had to wait for verification, I never saw a screen that said anything about putting the code anywhere.

Not sure if this is the same issue, but we get a lot of reports in the steem.chat help channel of this:

I have got OTP after 12 hours but where can I put it, now I am not getting there where one can put OTP. What to do now can you please help me?
