DP: Update Home page

As a newcomer to the DP, I want to have a pleasant, useful, and confidence building experience on the home page so that I will develop on Steem quickly and efficiently while telling all my friends about it.

It's probable this story is more an epic.

  • [ ] page could work a little harder
  • [ ] could be more visual (ex: card layout, 2x2x1 )
  • [ ] could have a featured tutorial
  • [ ] could have a featured recipe
  • [ ] featured content. <- (use analytics for this)
  • [ ] list of important links... (is this featured content?) connecting and exchange, using steemconnect, what is RC.. etc.
  • [ ] latest steemitblog post?
