Additional Spacing in Header on Mobile Devices

When browsing the site on a mobile, if the user scrolls to the top of the screen, a bottom scrollbar appears. This is due to some additional space appearing to the right of the viewing area.

When scrolling down, this white space disappears, as does the scrollbar.
