@gl2748 I forgot to test the editor when hitting "reply" from a comment and see how it behaves on mobile + desktop.

Just did it and there are couple of bugs. Will fix that and make another PR.

@quochuy it's looking good but somewhat confusing on 'Editor' mode because the preview pane is shown yet it never updates.
