Implement PiP for embedded videos

This is a note/reminder for implementing a Picture-in-Picture functionality to embedded player added to blog posts. Like you go on a post that embeds youtube or dtube vidéo and you have the ability to pop that video out so that you can continue reading the article or browser somewhere else and the video just floats at a bottom corner of the page.
