Determine new AS node colouration scheme

The data being used in the pipeline to determine a node colour (ie. green for org, dark blue for university etc...) is old. The file (as2attr.txt) appears to come from http://griley.ece.gatech.edu/MANIACS/as_taxonomy/, and has not been updated since 2006.

We should investigate ways to update this further.
