Test different devices waking up Bluejay in the background

While Bluejay is currently designed to work with one peripheral at a time, it is totally reasonable to work with multiple devices one at a time, and in such cases, different devices can trigger background restoration.

This is something we should test, and makes a very good test case as well.

I am planning to test this using our upcoming testing framework, and our testing framework should support this test case by making this easier to test, too.
