I found only one way - remap all system media keys. It means if you double press pause button on your keyboard you get "Next track" action and AirPods will do "Next track" too when you double tap x2

That would be an interesting feature. And probably even triple-tap for previous. It would actually work out great if it was system wide.

This should probably be renamed to something more general like "Add tap controls/binding customization".

This probably needs a custom driver and an apple device to sniff activity to design it (ala #97).

I believe that's for the AirPods Pro? It would be great to be able to customize what those do, it would be amazing if you could create similar binds on the regular AirPods, even if you only end up with something hacky like a 4 tap (2 2 taps).

i spent a ton of time to find a way to do it. Unfortunately there are some trouble, the windows take control on headphones's keys to itself. Which nullifies all attempts at control. I'm still trying to find ways, but I'm sure it will take a long time
