ICMP Results inaccurate

Hi so im noticing the ping results are not accurately showing the correct ping. is this something to do with my phone? I'm testing on a samsung galaxy S10+ ,

int ping = ((int) result.getAverageTimeTaken()); Logg.write("IP : " + ip + " Ping: " + ping);

for an IP im supposed to get 210ms im getting 98ms ?? is this normal , how could i fix it?

Okay so im noticing its coming from the getAverageTimeTaken() - showing only 44ms

On Run - IP : 104.197.136.10 Ping: 289 OnFINISHED: IP : 104.197.136.10 Ping: 44
