docs: Enhance README with detailed usage examples for hypergeometric distribution

Resolves #1630.

Description

What is the purpose of this pull request?

This pull request:

• Adds detailed usage examples to the README for the hypergeometric distribution.
• Demonstrates basic distribution properties, PMF and CDF calculations, quantile function, random number generation, and log PMF calculations.
• Improves clarity and usability for users of the hypergeometric distribution package.
