Paypal api error 10002 You do not have permission to make this API call live

i am integrating paypal in my website expresscheckout having credit card and paypal payment method .After checkout the site redirects to paypal.com .when it return back to my my site it shows the error

i followed the steps and completed and successfully completed enter image description here

But still now now i am getting the same issue .please help me to resolve this issue
