用 Monibuca作为客户端部署在本机(windows)， 用 Monibuca作为服务端部署在服务器(ubuntu), 启动客户端和服务端，客服端向服务端推流， 一切正常， 关闭服务器的 Monibuca时，客服端无任何错误提示，再次启动服务器的 Monibuca后，服务端无法收到推流
