Update bitwarden vers

What was done within the framework of this PR:

• Adjusted variables (added smtp) in the app.json
• Updated the bitwarden version (changed the name of the image to the current one)
• Corrected the link for the deployment to heroku in README.md
• Removed excess garbage
• Database backup has been removed (for compatibility with a free account)
• Tested working on heroku
