Rename 'sequence' and 'entity_type' database tables

The sequence database table is used to allocate unique ids for database by using hi/lo allocation sequences.

The entity_type database table is a reference table that is used to make reference for database tables.

These tables should be defined using the ado_ prefix so that we avoid conflicts and also know the origin of these tables.
