Load files/URLs from clipboard:

• BUG: Fails to load if the pasted text is in quotes. I use to get the path through Windows's context menu, so the quotes are included by default.
• Loading/open/error/etc. OSD messages.

Cycle audio and subtitle tracks:

• Cycle through all audio/subs but still skips None track, i.e. make None the only "unknown" language.
• Define "known languages" based on track name.
• Show the default "Audio"/"Subtitles" track indicator, instead of aid/sid.
