New maintainer/moving to the separate organization?

Looks like that arc_ecto is not actively maintained and thus it may have the sense to move it to the separate organization and find a new maintainer(s)?

I am very open to this - if anyone wants to help improve/maintain this please talk to me and we can discuss moving it to a separate org.
