Multi S3 bucket upload

Hello, This is not a bug, but a nice feature, I think. Would it be possible to develop support for multi S3 bucket upload? Sometimes you need to upload to more than one bucket, and It would be very nice to be able to bind uploaders with specific bucket configuration .

@suhrawardi I agreed this would be a useful feature, and that defining bucket in the definition would be the suitable place. I'll test the PR and would be happy to contribute further revisions, either in the way of development or docs to see if we can get this integrated into arc.
