Create a new Wiki page for Design/Design Guidelines

Hi there!

First off, great project and documentation. Apologies if I'm filing this issue in the wrong repo.

In the README.md of status-react, there's a link for Check out our designs, which links to http://wiki.status.im/contributing/design-guidelines/, which doesn't exist.

I assume a new page should be created at https://wiki.status.im/Design_Guidelines or https://wiki.status.im/Design (which is linked from https://wiki.status.im/Main_Page#Core_Contributor_Compendium).

Is there content ready to start a new page? Is it cool if I edit the Wiki directly and create a stub for the page?
