Create Identity

As a user, I want to be able to create a new identity to participate in the chat.

DoD

  • [ ] API to generate new chat key and other identity elements (3 words, etc, to be identified)

Notes

See https://github.com/status-im/js-waku/issues/73 to generate/store/recover chat keys. For now, just generate fresh new key, unrelated to Ethereum account.
