Wallet: Add receive flow on home page

The receive page on the home page is not account specific. We should add this page so that it is a hybrid of the "Shell" account sharing page and the Account "Receive" page.

ie it only shows the account details (no scan button or profile tab) and has all of the accounts to swipe through.
