[Automation] Some scenarios are broken in `suite_communities`
Description
Solve broken scenarios and remove @mayfail tag when they are working properly.
Additional informatin:
Tested on master commit f0e238dce64a128fdb2c395451d91d0705142f7b.
Reviewed all suite_communities/tst_communityMessageFlows scenarios and added tasks to address issues separately:
