[Profile Showcase] Integrate account network preferences with the new backend

Integrate the account network preferences with the backend implemented here https://github.com/status-im/status-desktop/issues/14226.

Acceptance criteria:

1. The network preferences can be saved as part of profile showcase save action
2. The network preferences are visible in the Profile Preview account delegates for own profile (both dirty and clean state)
3. The network preferences are updated in the Profile Preview once the user updates the network preferences from wallet settings
4. Other users can see the saved network preferences in the Profile Dialog and it's being updated live when user's network preferences change.
