What does the PR do

Closes #13424

Changes:

  1. Adding a new component ProfilePerspectiveSelector + storybook c9ecde111ede0c4de6402d3f36ca2637b643ebf1
  2. Integrate the selector in MyProfilePreview and ProfileDialog c16a3b61d2e2e8ab27a729c6f38578a3ec7348e0
