Add download links for obtaining the Nimbus binaries on our web-site

We should publish binaries for Windows, macOS and Linux. It's preferable if the web-site can autodetect the OS of the user to suggest the right link. The Github releases page can serve as an additional umbrella link for downloading other versions and binaries for other operating systems.
