Integrate Nimbus with the Hive test suite and produce a roadmap for reaching 100% test success rate

The goal of this effort is to produce the necessary pre-requisites for running Hive tests against Nimbus, to analyse the obtained results and to produce a plan for moving forward towards passing all tests.
