While the 'legacy' evm already glued to EVMC, the newer VM2 have no support at all for EVMC.

  • [ ] investigate if the host interface is usable for VM2 or not
  • [ ] implement EVMC EVM interface for VM2
  • [ ] upgrade nim-evmc to v10
