User story

• As a project creator or delegate I want to specify in what currency (ETH or ERC20 token) want to receive funding.
• As a funder I want to fund in any currency (ETH or ERC20 token) without having to manually convert tokens.
• As a delegate I want to be able to fund projects in the currency the project creator prefers while using the currency I received from funders.
