Add withdrawal entry point

Problem

Withdrawal flow exists, but is lacking an entry point.

Implementation

Add a way to open the withdrawal flow.

Acceptance Criteria

Notes

As the process of checking if the address is eligible for withdrawal can impact page loading of an individual project, users will be redirected to a seperate page where they can see if and what funds they can withdraw for the project.

Future Steps
