Remove personal avatar

Problem

When assembling a project there is the option to Upload or link to an avatar. The avatar is currently not displayed on the project page when the project is published.

Current behavior

Avatar can be uploaded, but is not displayed

Expected behavior

No avatar can be uploaded or displayed See issue https://github.com/status-im/liquid-funding/issues/117 for future improvements to add avatar or identicon
