Fund button disappears after funding project

Problem

When a fund project flow has been completed, transaction is confirmed. The Fund button, replaced by loading icon and awaiting confirmations while awaiting confirmations, disappears. There is no opportunity to Fund again without reloading the page and the change in UI is inconsistent.

Expected behavior

Once the funding transaction is confirmed

1. The loading icon and Awaiting confirmations should be replaced by check ✔ icon and Confirmed
2. The check ✔ icon and Confirmed should be replaced by the initial Fund button after ca. 3 sec
3. The step counter should go back to Authorize amount (or Fund in case authorization is not necessary after this has already been done for the selected token)

Alternatively after step 1, the page can reload with a delay of ca 3 sec to show the confirmation.

Current behavior

Icon and copy disappears, stepcounter is position immediately below enter amount. There is no Fund button.
