A basic chatbot that will be the start of a way for people to interact with BitNation's decentralized arbitration service. The main function we seek to add is the ability to generate a PDF file from the conversation. If time permits, we will also add conversation ability to perform other features such as applying to be an arbitrator, or even communicate the important details of an agreement.
