Make desktop version of DApp consistent with mobile

The desktop version of the registration DApp accessed via MetaMask is quite different from the mobile version. To make them consistent, we'd need to:

  • Remove admin option
  • Remove token permissions option
  • Add T&C screen to registration flow
  • Remove ENS logo and style consistently

etc.
