Don't display terms & conditions during edit flow

When I click Save with transaction from the Edit Contact Code screen, the T&C screen pops up as if I am first registering the address.

Do not present T&C screen during manage flow.

Will create a separate issue for adding a link to T&Cs elsewhere in the DApp for user to refer back to.
